Below are the initial steps you need to complete to get setup in Fundraising KIT.
Step 1: Integrate With Your CRM
Your onboarding specialist will work with you to integrate your CRM with Fundraising KIT Pages. This will allow for the information entered into Pages to flow from the Page to your CRM, and back into KIT. For an overview of integrating with Fundraising KIT (led by your onboarding specialist), head to Integrate Your CRM.
Step 2: Invite Your Team
The next step is to make sure your team has access to KIT. You can add members of your team as users on KIT by Inviting a New User.
Step 3: Setup Organization & Personal Settings
Organizations Settings allows you to update your organization's profile, add team members, manage receipts settings, set up integrations, and manage billing information. Personal Settings allows you to update your information, change your password, view your data exports, and manage notifications.
Step 4: Setup Your Payment Processor
Before you can accept donations with Fundraising KIT Pages, you will need to set up a payment processor. Fundraising KIT currently integrates with Stripe, Paypal, as well as our very own payment processor, KIT Pay.
Step 5: Setup Receipting
When a donor makes a donation through Fundraising KIT Pages, you have the option to issue automatic compliant receipts as well as an acknowledgment email to thank donors for their contributions. To set up your account for receipting, head to the steps in Receipting with Pages.
Once you complete the above steps, you are ready to Create a Page.
