Accessing KIT Pay
You can access KIT Pay through the KIT app or through an external URL.
Note: In-App access to KIT Pay will depend on your User Permission Level. Organization Settings are hidden to coordinators and managers, whereas Transaction records are hidden to coordinators only.
Navigate to Organization Settings > Payment Processors > click Actions on KIT Pay > select View Dashboard.
You can also navigate to a single transaction > scroll to 'Payment Info' > select View Transaction on KIT Pay.
You can also access KIT Pay directly from your browser via https://portal.payrix.com/login.
Managing KIT Pay Users
Navigate to the Management Tab in KIT Pay and click Users. Click the + Add User button and fill out the fields with the new user's details. If this new user is a user of KIT, we'd recommend using the same email address.
When adding a new user, you will be prompted with two default user permission types in KIT Pay. You can also create custom permissions.
- Merchant Full Access - can perform any action on KIT Pay and will also receive email notifications for important changes within the portal such as bank account modifications, dispute updates, and payout notifications.
- Merchant Staff Access - provides view-only permissions.
- Customized Roles/Permission Levels - your organization can also create customized Access Templates. This can be done via the invitation process or at any time via the Access Templates tab.
It is not possible to remove a user in KIT Pay, however, you can set a user to inactive. Please note, when setting a user to inactive, this will have the downstream impact of deactivating any user that the inactive user is a parent to.
