KIT's Social Listening Tool extends beyond the Social Listening Report and Twitter Search. You can also find Social Listening data within a contact's profile. This way, you can view a contact's interactions with your organization via social media directly from their contact profile.
To find your contact's Social Listening data, head to their contact profile and click on the Social Listening Tab. Under this tab, you will see a list of any of the contact's Twitter activities associated with your organization.
If you are interested in narrowing down this ist based on more specific mentions and hashtags, you can use the Set Queries function. This function allows you to add queries to narrow down the contacts activities list.
Note: the module allows up to 10 queries and will pull tweets that match these queries from the last 7 days.
Once you set your queries, the list of the contact's Twitter activities will adjust automatically.
