KIT is powered by your data, so we recommend connecting with your CRM provider as soon as you subscribe. In this article, we will be going through the steps to integrate with Salesforce.
Integration Setup
Below are the steps for integrating your KIT account with Salesforce.
Step 1
Log in to your Salesforce account to begin.
Step 2
Paste the package installation phrase packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04t5f000000Qz3L into your browser's URL bar after the .com/
For example: replace this component of your URL.
With the above unique package installation phrase that you've copied.
Step 3
Install the Fundraising KIT Package by clicking Install for All Users > Read and tick the acknowledgment box > Click Install. Note that the installation may take a couple of minutes. When the installation is complete, click Done to return to your Salesforce account.
Step 4
Add the KIT Tile to your Salesforce Accounts page. To do this click on the Gear icon > Click Setup.
Click on Object Manager > Click Account
Click on Page Layouts > Click Household Layout
Click and drag Section down into the Account Fields space
The section will turn green once you drag Section over it> Drop the Section here by releasing the click

Update the Section Name to be Fundraising KIT (or a name that your team will recognize) > Click OK
Click and drag the Fundraising KIT elements into your new Fundraising KIT section
Here's an example of the finished Fundraising KIT section:
Your Salesforce account is connected to Fundraising KIT.
Note it can take up to 48 hours for the full sync to complete. The integration status will temporarily change back to 'Syncing' approximately every six hours or so, as new and updated information is synced automatically between KIT and Salesforce.
