You can access your segments by going to the Contact Insights tab and then clicking on Segments:
Use Segments to group your contacts using Filters in KIT. You can think of Segments as Smart Lists, as they are constantly updating as data changes.
You can create a new segment by clicking on Create New Segment:
Once you've clicked there, you can go ahead and add a name to your segment. You can also add a description to your segment if you wish.
Once you've added a name, you can click on next and you can add the filters to your segment:
You can choose from a wide range of filters. However, for this example, I chose to filter the contacts whose address is in the United States and that have a due date for a to-do coming up this month.
Once you click save, you will be taken to your segment list and you can see the contacts:
Once you've created your segment, you can go back and edit the filters as well. The only important thing here would be to click on Save Filters to Segment after any changes have been made to the filter.
