Contacts Profile
Highlights
On the left-hand side of the contact profile, you will see contact highlights that provide contact information at a glance (e.g. address, email, phone number, etc.).
Editable Fields
Within the highlights view you can edit the following:
- Socials - by clicking 'Add Socials' you can add donors' social media links.
- Favorites - by clicking on the gray start next to the contact's initials you can add them as a 'Favorite'. Favoriting contacts allows you to identify donors who bring the most value to your organization. When you favorite a contact, the star will turn green and will be present on that contact throughout the app.
Contact Badges
The Contacts tab also includes contact badges. Badges are information icons that are displayed in contact profiles that give insight into the status of the contact based on various criteria. You can customize which Badges are displayed, and even make your own, in Personal Settings.
When clicking on a specific badge, you will see more information on what made the contact eligible to receive that particular badge.
Predictions & Insights
Contact Predictions & Insights support you in understanding your donor's behavior, contributions, and future actions; allowing you to make more strategic and data-driven decisions about how and when to engage with your donors. For details on each Prediction and Insight, visit Contact Predictions & Insights.
To-Dos
The Contacts Tab will also show you any To-dos scheduled for this contact. To-dos can be understood as reminders to take a particular action related to this contact. Reminding yourself to get in touch or follow-up with contacts can be a great way to maintain healthy relationships with your contacts and donors.
You can add a To-do directly within this section under the Contacts Tab, as well as from the Home Tool. When you add a To-do, you will be prompted to add:
- To-do Name
- Details
- Due-Date
- Notification Preference
- Attachments
- Add To-do to Additional Contacts
Once you add a To-do it will be within this section under the Contacts Tab, as well as the Home Tool.
When you click on the To-do, it will open up the To-dos details and give you the option to Edit, Delete, or Mark as Completed.
