KIT is powered by your data, so we recommend connecting with your CRM provider as soon as you subscribe. In this article, we will be going through the steps to integrate with NeonCRM.
Below are the steps for integrating your KIT account with Neon.
In your NeonCRM account click on the Settings icon at the top right corner and go to Organization Profile. Note the Organization ID to input into your KIT account.
From the Settings, click on User Management. Then click on your user account and enable API access. Note the API for input into your KIT account.
Your NeonCRM account is connected to Fundraising KIT.
Note it can take up to 48 hours for the full sync to complete. The integration status will temporarily change back to 'Syncing' approximately every six hours or so, as new and updated information is synced automatically between KIT and NeonCRM.
