KIT's Knowledge Base consists of several detailed support articles that cover KIT's tools, settings, and best practices. This will be your go-to guide for learning the system.
If you are new to KIT, we recommend heading to KIT's Getting Started Guide as a starting point. This guide presents the steps that our team recommends when you are first exploring KIT to support you in getting set up in the system and begin learning KIT's tools and features.
Unlimited Email Support
In addition to KIT's Knowledge Base, unlimited email support is also included in all KIT plans free of charge. Our support team can assist you with onboarding, best practices and advice, feature insights, and technical support while using creative and innovative ways to help through email.

- In your KIT account > click Support at the bottom left of your screen
- In the Knowledge Base > click Submit a Request at the top right of every page
- Send an email directly to email@example.com.
- Add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list to ensure you receive our replies.
Email Support Hours
Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm PST (11am - 7pm EST) During support hours, our average first response time is the same day. *Note that this can vary based on the complexity of your request and current ticket volume. We want to ensure that we provide an accurate and informative response which can sometimes take some time!
