All of KIT's data points can be synced into Raiser's Edge database view. This way you can view KIT's attributes on constituent records, run queries with KIT attributes, and export directly in RE.
Set up KIT's Attributes in Database View
Below are the steps to set up KIT's data points in Raiser's Edge Database View:
Step 1: Access database view by clicking on the token icon in the top right of your account and selecting 'Open database view' > a file will download to your browser, you will want to open it once it loads.
Step 2: Once database view opens, on the left-hand side bar click 'Config'
Step 3: Click 'Attributes' in the Configuration menu.
Step 4: Under the attributes list that appears, click 'Constituent'
Step 5: Scroll down the list of constituent fields until you reach empty fields
Step 6: To add KIT's data points, copy and paste *one at a time*, the KIT attributes you want to sync into database view, into the empty rows.

When you paste the attribute make sure there are no white spaces at the beginning or end of the attribute name.
Step 7: Once the attribute name has been added, adjust the configuration settings to match the following.
Step 8: Repeat the steps for each of the fields you want to sync into database view > allows a few - to 24 hours for the data to sync from KIT into database view.
View KIT's Data Points
KIT Data Points in Constituent Records
To view KIT's data points on constituent profiles, head to Records > open a Constituent > and click on Attributes. Here you will see all available attributes from KIT.
KIT Data Points in Queries
To query using KIT's data points, head to Query > open a New Query> and click on Query Type (can be dynamic or static)> Attributes > Specific Attributes. Here you will see all available attributes from KIT.
KIT Data Points in Exports
To export KIT's data points, head to Export > Constituent Export> choose your intended filters for the “Head of Household Processing” and “Include these Constituents” checkboxes > view & select Attributes. Here you will see all of KIT's attributes available to include on your export.
