In order for Fundraising KIT Pages to send donations and donor information into your CRM, you will first need to integrate your CRM with Fundraising KIT. Below are the steps for integrating your KIT account with Raiser's Edge NXT. Note: there will be steps to take in both Raiser's Edge NXT and KIT to complete the integration.
Log into the Raiser's Edge NXT account that you would like to connect to KIT. Head to the Blackbaud Marketplace and search for 'KIT' in the search bar.
Click on the KIT app and you will then be prompted to select 'Connect' to connect your Raiser's Edge NXT account with the KIT app. Note that the 'Application ID' should pre-populate.
Once you click 'Connect' you will be directed to an 'Overview' page of the KIT app (within Blackbaud Marketplace) where you will see a 'Disconnect' button. Do not click 'Disconnect, this button just confirms that you have successfully connected the KIT app to your Raiser's Edge NXT account.
After you connect the KIT app within Raiser's Edge NXT (instructions above), you will want to head to KIT and log in to your KIT account. Head to 'Organization Settings' and click on the 'Integrations' tab where you will see 'Raiser's Edge' listed. Here you will want to click the 'Connect' button.
A new window will open that is asking you for authorization for KIT to access your Raiser's Edge NXT data. Here you will want to click 'Authorize'.
You will be directed back to KIT where you will see that the integration is 'Syncing'. Once the integration is complete, the status of the integration will update from 'Syncing' to 'Synced'.
Your Raiser's Edge NXT account is connected to Fundraising KIT.
The integration status will temporarily change back to 'Syncing' approximately every six hours or so, as new and updated information is synced automatically between Raiser's Edge NXT and KIT.
